It captures dual-channel audio (rep's mic + client's tab), transcribes it instantly with Deepgram's Nova-2 speech-to-text, and queries a custom RAG knowledge base built from your own playbooks, pricing sheets, and product docs. Powered by Groq and Anthropic Claude LLMs, it generates context-aware answers, objection-handling scripts, and verbal-ready counter-arguments on the fly. Built with React 19 + TypeScript on the frontend and a Node.js/Express + Socket.io backend, with MongoDB, Pinecone vector search, and LangChain orchestration—plus enterprise-grade JWT auth and customizable AI personas.
